It is our goal to secure recurring annual donations to build the Hospitality Heroes Resource Hub — a centralized database of tools, checklists, and disaster-readiness guides. This phase establishes the backbone of our mission and ensures a strong base for growth.

Phase 2

Launch ongoing training programs that equip hospitality teams with advanced skills and confidence in crises. These programs generate donations, enabling the organization to move toward autonomy while expanding its reach and resources.

Phase 3

Provide free general information, webinars, and on-demand resources to every hospitality professional, as well as delivering enhanced benefits: customized on-site webinars tailored to the unique risks of each region we serve, plus direct on-call educational support for teams navigating real-time challenges.
